the Cabled or Wireless
Universal Reprogrammer II? |

or wireless? As with anything, there are

the Cabled Model the Universal Reprogrammer II is plugged into
both the USB port of the PC and the diagnostic connector
of the vehicle. |

the diagnostic connector of the vehicle and then communicates wirelessly
