Welcome to the EASE Diagnostics On-line Support Center. If you have questions about the use of your EASE Diagnostic Product:

  • Check the product's User's Manual and documentation you received with your product
  • Check the Software's On-Line Help
  • Check the EASE website (pick your product on the left)
  • IMPORTANT NOTICE

    Effective March 1, 2006 EASE Diagnostics customers with products older than one year will be charged for technical support per incident.

    Effective January 1, 2006 EASE Diagnostics will not provide support for the following EASE vehicle interfaces: ST1-INT, ST2-INT (25 pin), ST12-INT, and 900 MHz WVI.

    For update information to keep your software and hardware current, please contact your EASE Sales Representative today; or call 1-888-366-3273 to speak with someone on our knowledgeable Sales Staff.

    • Call our Technical support line at 570-587-7082. This support line is answered Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm EST. At other times, please leave a message and the call will be returned.
    Our technical support team is more than glad to help you with any problems you may be having with the EASE Products you are using. They can not provide any information on the actual repair of a vehicle. Thank you!
